Configure the WebPal Internet Box with a Dial Prefix

- Turn your Webpal on and wait for the Main Menu to appear.
- Click the Setup button.
- Click the Internet button located at the bottom of the screen.
- In the Number text box, type your local dial-up access number. Remember to check with your local telephone company to make sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call.
- Click the Dialer button located at the bottom of the screen.
- If you are in an office and need to dial a number to access a telephone line, type it in the Dialing Prefix text box, immediately followed by a comma.
For example: 9,
- If you wish to disable call waiting, type *70, immediately followed by a comma. Not all areas use *70 to disable call waiting so if *70 does not work for you, contact your local telephone company for the correct code.
- Click the Internet button located at the bottom of the screen to return to the Basic Internet Setup area.
- In the Account text box, type your dial-up username.

- In the password text box, type your dial-up password.
- Click the Advanced button.
- In the DNS Address 1 text box, type
68.93.224.10
- In the DNS Address 2 text box, type
68.93.224.12
- The DNS Address 3 text box should be blank.
- The DNS Address 4 text box should be blank.
- The Gateway text box should be blank.
- The Proxy text box should be blank.
- Leave roma.teknema.com in the Time Server text box.
- The CHAP Server text box should also be blank.
- Check the VJ Compression check box.
- Click the Done button.
