	Current View: Contains commands for filtering the display of messages in this view.
	Next: Contains commands for finding the next message.
	Columns...: Configures the columns displayed in the list.
	Sort By: Arranges messages in the window.
	Fonts: Contains commands for changing the size of the display font.
	Language: Specifies the language of the selected message.
	Expand: Shows responses to the selected message.
	Collapse: Hides responses to the selected message.
	Toolbar: Shows or hides the toolbar.
	Status Bar: Shows or hides the status bar.
	Layout...: Allows you to customize the Outlook Express window layout.
	Refresh: Updates the display to reflect any changes.
	Stop: Stops the download in progress.
