Outlook Express Screen Reference

Outlook Express has two modes, one for mail and the other for news. When, in the left pane, folders having to do with mail are selected, the mail mode is active. Similarly, when news is selected, Outlook is in news mode. Because each mode uses options that are largely different, both modes have are dealt with here, separately.
