News Mode Compose Menu

	New Message: Creates a new message.
	New Message using: Creates a new message using a stationery.
	Reply to Author: Replies to author.
	Reply to Newsgroup: Post a reply to the selected message.
	Reply to All: Replies to all recipients.
	Forward: Forwards the selected message by email.
	Forward as Attachment: Forwards the selected message as an attachment in email.
	Cancel Message: Removes the selected message from the news server.
