How to Change Message Format (MIME)

  1. Open Outlook
  2. From the Tools menu, choose Services.

  3. Select the Services tab.
  4. Select Internet Mail

  5. Click the Properties button.
  6. Select the General tab.

  7. Click the Message Format button.
  8. To turn on MIME, check Use MIME when sending messages. Uncheck it to turn off MIME.

  9. Click the OK button.
  10. Click the OK button to close the Internet Mail window.

  11. Click the OK button to close the Services window.
