- Did you use Dial-Up Networking to dial into the network before opening Netscape?
- If not, double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
 | Double-click the Dial-Up Networking icon.
 | Double-click the DigiTex.net icon.
 | Click the Connect button.
 | Once connected to DigiTex.net, open Netscape.
 | Check mail with Netscape as before.

- If you did dial into DigiTex.net Link first, open Netscape Navigator.
- Click Options, on the menu bar.
- Click General Preferences.
- Change http://home.netscape.com/ to http://www.

- Click OK.
- Click Options on the menu bar.
- Click Mail and News Preferences.
- Click the Servers tab.
- The Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server field should read, mail.
- The Incoming Mail (POP3) Server field should also read mail.
- If Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Server fields are already set to mail., change them to
digitex.net
- The POP3 User Name field, should contain your username
- The News (NNTP) Server field should read news.digitex.net

- Click the Identity tab.
- The Your Email field should contain your email address.
- The Your Reply-to Address field should contain your email address.

- Click OK.
- If this does not work, check the System Status page (via the
DigiTex.net home page), for mail-related outages. If there are no known outages, contact
DigiTex.net 24-hour Technical Support at 1-800-558-6230.
