Getting Started Operating System: MacOS Application: Eudora Light Application Version: 3.0

Download

1. Open a web browser (Netscape Navigator, MSIE, Cyberdog, etc.)
2. Go to http://www.eudora.com/light.html#Download
3. Download Eudora to your Desktop.
4. When the download is complete, click File and select Quit.
   

Install

1. Double-click the Eudora Demo 3.0 Installer.
2. Click Continue.
   

   

3. Read the Qualcomm License Agreement and click Accept if you agree to its terms.
   

   

4. Click Install.
   

   

5. Click Universal.
   

   

6. Click Desktop.
7. Click Install.
   

   

   

8. Click Quit.
   

   

Configure

1. Double-click on the Eudora 3.0 Folder.
2. Double-click on the Eudora 3.0.2 icon.
3. On the menu bar, click Special and select Settings.
4. select Getting Started
5. In the POP account field, type your DigiTex.net username@digitex.net
6. In the Real Name field, type your name.
   

   

7. On the left, click the Personal Information icon.
8. In the Return address field, type your username@digitex.net
   

   

9. On the left, click on the Hosts icon.
10. In the SMTP field, type mail.digitex.net
    

    

11. On the left, click the Checking Mail icon.
12. In the POP Account field, type your username@digitex.net

    

13. On the left, scroll down.
14. Click the Sending Mail icon.
15. In the Return Address field, type your username@digitex.net  
16. In the SMTP field, type mail.digitex.net
17. Click OK.
