Install the NetCommander Terminal Adapter
NOTE: Make sure your the power is off before continuing. Refer to the manual or to a proper technician for steps
1 thru 3. If you do not feel comfortable with the following procedure have a qualified technician perform the
procedure.
- Remove the cover on your PC and insert the NetCommander adapter into an ISA slot.
Before proceeding to the next step, secure the board's faceplate with a screw.
- Replace the cover and turn the power on to your PC.
- As Windows95 starts up, the Supra NetCommander adapter will be detected, click The Next button.
- Select Driver from disk provided by hardware manufactuer, click the OK button.
- Insert the NetCommander ISDN Setup diskette into your 3.5" disk drive. ( typicaly the A drive )
- Click the Next button.
- Select your switch type from the information supplied by your telephone company.
- In the text box, type your ISDN line phone number(s) and SPIDS information.
- Select the Next button.
- Check all information for errors then click the Finish button.
- When asked, insert the Microsoft ISDN Accelerator Pack diskette into your 3.5" disk drive.
then click the OK button.
Note: If you are using Diamonds 3.0 software then please make sure your using version 1.1 of Microsoft ISDN
Accelerator Pack, Previous versions of Diamonds drivers (version 2.x and below) do not support Microsoft's
ISDN Accelerator Pack v1.1
- At the welcome screen click the Next button.
- Fill out the information and click the Next button.
- Select your switch type from the information supplied by your telephone company.
- Click the Next button.
- Verify that the SPID information is correct.
- Click the Next button.
- Verify that the area code and number are correct, click the Next button.
- Click the Next button.
- Click the Next button.
- Click the Finish button.
- Click the OK button to restart.
