Configuring the Motorola Bitsurfr

1. Click the Start button, point to Programs and choose Surfer Setup.
2. Select your phone company from the list.
3. In the text box, type your area code.
4. Choose the correct Switch Type for your ISDN line.
5. For the Switch Version, select Multipoint...
6. For the Data/Voice2, Service Profile Id, type your first SPID number.
7. For the Data/Voice2, Directory Number, type your first 7 digit ISDN number.
8. For the Data/Voice1, Service Profile Id, type your second SPID number.
9. For the Data/Voice1, Directory Number, type your second 7 digit ISDN number.
   Note: If you have only a single B Channel line, type the first SPID and phone number in the text box.
10. Click the Configure and Test button.
    Note: The far left LS light should now be green.
    If you have a red light, there is a problem with the line.
11. To verify no problems found, click the Diagnose button.
