Configure Trumpet Winsock for Windows 3.1
|
- Double-click the Trumpet Winsock icon.
- From the File menu, choose Setup.
- Check the Internal PPP check box.
- In the IP address text box, type 0.0.0.0
- In the Name server text box, type 206.160.192.10 206.160.192.12
- In the Domain suffix text box, type digitex.net
- In the MTU text box, type 512
- In the TCP RWIN text box, type 2048
- In the TCP MSS text box, type 472
- In the Demand load timeout (secs) text box, type 5
- In the TCP RTO MAX text box, type 60
- In the SLIP port text box, type the COM port for which your modem is configured.
For example: 2
- In the Baud rate text box, type 115200.
- Check the Hardware handshaking check box.
- For Online status detection, select DCD (RLSD) check.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the OK button.
- From the File menu, choose Exit.
- Double-click the Trumpet Winsock icon.
- From the File menu, choose PPP Options
- Check the Password Authentication Protocol (PAP) check box.
- In the Enter your login username text box, type your
DigiTex.net username.
For example: username
- In the Enter your login password text box, type your
DigiTex.net password.
- Click the OK button.
