Configuring SPIDS using the FreePPP 2.5

Make sure your modem is plugged in and on, you should see a solid red light

1. Click the Connect button.
2. At the prompt, type AT wait for the OK
3. Type AT!C0= immediately followed by your switch type. For example: AT!C0=1
4. Press Enter key wait and for the OK
5. Type AT!C1= immediately followed by your switch version. For example: AT!C1=1
6. Press Enter key wait and for the OK
7. Type AT!C6= immediately followed by your your first SPID number. For example: AT!C6=626-555-1212
8. Press Enter key wait and for the OK
9. Type AT!N1= immediately followed by your phone number. For example: AT!N1=555-1212
10. Press Enter key.
    

    Note: If you only have one channel skip this step.
    

11. Type AT*1!C6= immediately followed by your second SPID number. For example: AT*1!C6=555-1212
12. Press Enter key.
13. Type AT!N1= immediately followed by your phone number. For example: AT!N1=555-1212
14. Press Enter key.
15. Type AT>W>Z then press Enter key. You should now see a green light on your modem. If you do not, then retry the connection steps above, you may want to check the connection to your ISDN modem.
16. Click the Exit button.
