 | Entire Message: "The Microsoft Dial-Up Adapter is not installed or not responding properly. In the Network section of control panel, remove the driver and then add it again."

Just as the message says, the Dial-Up Adapter is either missing or not working like it should. Reinstall and or add the Dial Up Adapter and TCP/IP to the Network section of Control Panel.

Check for an Existing Dial-Up Adapter
- Double-click the My Computer icon.
- Double-click the Control Panel icon.
- Double-click the Network icon.
- If Dial-Up Adapter is installed, select it, then click the Remove button.
Installing a New Dial-Up Adapter
- Click the Add button.
- Select Adapter.
- Click the Add button.
- Under Manufacturers, select Microsoft.
- Under Network Adapters, select Dial-Up Adapters.
- Click the OK button to save changes.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the OK button once again.
- Reboot Windows 95 when you are prompted to do so.
