Configure FreePPP 2.0.2 (Config PPP)

- From the menu bar, click the apple icon and select Control Panels.
- Double-click the Config PPP icon.
- For a new PPP Server click the New button.
- In the PPP Server text box, type DigiTex.net
- Click the OK button.
- Click the Config button.
- Set the Port Speed to the appropriate speed for your modem. For 14.4 modems use 19200, for 28.8 modems use 38400 and for 56k use 57600.
- Select Tone Dial.
- In the Phone Num text box, type your local dial-up access number. Remember to check with your local telephone company to make sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call.
- In the Modem Init text box, type AT&F1
- Click the Connect Script button.
- On the first line, select Wait.
- In the first text box the right, type gin:
- On the next line, select Out.
- In the text box to the right, type your DigiTex.net username.
- Select the check box to the right CR.
- On the next line, select Wait.
- In the text box to the right, type ssword:
- On the next line select Out.
- In the text box to the right, type your login password.
- Select the check box to the right CR.
- Click the OK button.
- Click Done.
- Restart your computer.
