Open a web browser (Netscape Navigator, MSIE, etc.) In the Location or Address text box, type http://www.mirc.co.uk/get.html Download the 16-bit mIRC client into a temporary directory on your hard drive. When the download is complete, close your web browser (do not disconnect from the Internet.)
