Getting Steated with Ircle 2.5 Operating System: MacOS Application: Ircle Application Version: 2.5

Download

1. Open a web browser (Netscape Navigator, MSIE, Cyberdog, etc.)
2. In the Location or the Address text box, type http://www.xs4all.nl/~ircle
3. Download Ircle 2.5 to your Desktop.
4. When you are finished downloading click File and select Quit.
   

Configure

1. Double-click the Ircle 2.5 Folder.
2. Double-click the IrcleUS icon.
   

   

3. Read the shareware notice.
4. Click the Cancel button.

   

5. On the menu bar, click File point to Preferences and select Startup.
6. In the Server field, select Other server (It's at the bottom.)
7. Type sandiego.ca.us.undernet.org.
8. Click the Add to menu button.
9. Click the OK button.

   

10. Choose any Server In the Nickname text box, type your DigiTex.net username.
11. In the Username text box, type your DigiTex.net username.
12. In the Real Name text box, type your first and last name.
13. In the mode area, select Receive server messages (+s).
14. Click the OK button.

    

15. On the menu bar, click File point to, Preferences and select, Misc....
16. Click Auto connect to server on startup.

    

17. Click the OK button.
18. On the menu bar, click File and select Open Connection.

    

19. On the menu bar, click Commands and select Join.
