1. Open Netscape Navigator.
   
2. From the Options menu, choose General Preferences.
   
3. Select the Helpers tab.
   
4. Under File type, scroll down to application/octet-stream and select it.
   
5. Set Action to Save to disk.
   
6. Click OK.
