1. Double-click the User Profile Manager icon.
2. Click the New button.
3. Click the Next button.
4. In the Your Name text box, type the second user's name.
5. In the Email Address (if available) text box, type the second user's email address.
6. Click the Next button.
7. Check the Next button to accept the Profile Name.
8. Click the Next button to confirm the location of the folder where settings for the new user profile will be stored.
9. Click the Done button.
   

Choosing a User Profile

When Communicator is opened, select a profile and click the Start Communicator button. Each user's email and news settings must be configured manually.
